Technical base

All field work is performed using modern, technologically efficient farming equipment from Belarusian and the best world manufacturers. Available John Deere, Massey Ferguson, FENDT, and MTW tractors allow us to perform field work in time. GRIMME CS 150 separators are used for technological soil tillage before planting potatoes. Potatoes are planted by a six-row high-precision GRIMME GL 660 planter. Potatoes are harvested using GRIMME SE 150-60, SE-140 potato harvesters. For irrigation during dry periods, drum irrigation systems from the Italian manufacturer OCMIS are used together with an ELCOS pump station.

For receiving harvested potatoes, there is a sorting line with two combined GRIMME 24-60 hoppers and a set of conveyors with a capacity of 80 tons per hour.

The enterprise has a containerised potato storage with a capacity of 35,000 tons, with chambers equipped with volume and pressure ventilation systems, with computer-aided climate systems from GAUGELE, Germany, and APH group, the Netherlands, which allows maintaining the optimal temperature for a long storage.

In the processing department, the potatoes are sorted again and washed using the latest equipment from APH group. We have a full set of machines that allow pre-packing depending on the supplier’s requirements into various types of packaging weighing 2 to 25 kg with a capacity of about 200 tons per day.

Vehicles are loaded using mechanical aids with no downtime.
